I took a nine-month academic English course at Kaplan International in the USA. Then, with the Jean Monnet scholarship I was entitled to, I did my master's degree with thesis on International Human Rights Law at the University of Exeter (England) Faculty of Law. I have a diploma equivalency certificate. I also did a master's degree in public administration at TODAIE. I attended the meetings representing the Ministry of Justice in the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice at the Council of Europe.
